Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Pure Ignite wants your experience with us to be pleasant and easy. We ask that you please carefully review your online cart to ensure the correct order, before finalising the payment. Once your Pure Ignite order is placed, you will receive an email that your order is currently being processed. Please contact us immediately if you do not receive the order confirmation email.
Damaged goods must be reported within 2 working days of receiving your goods by email at email@example.com. If we have not received an email regarding any damaged goods within 2 working days of receiving your order no claims will be accepted. Pure Ignite will ask for proof of damaged goods. If proof of damaged goods is not supplied we have the right to refuse your claim.
Pure Ignite advises that you open your delivery on the day you receive your goods to make sure products are not damaged. Additionally, this gives you the time to report any damaged goods within 2 working days. We do not take responsibility for any deliveries that are left outside and consequently damaged.
Pure Ignite will happily accept returns on damaged products with a receipt or proof of purchases, within 7 working days of shipment.
Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and do not send your purchase back to Pure Ignite until we have contacted you with return instructions.
Upon the return of Pure Ignite products, goods must be securely packaged so no damage occurs during the shipping process.
To be eligible for a return, in most cases your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Pure Ignite reserves the right to deny a refund on products that have been previously used.
We consider special edition and promotional items as final sale.
If Pure Ignite is not at fault you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We advise you to ship the products with a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance as we want to be sure we receive your product. We are not responsible for the return of shipments or reimbursements for lost shipments or products damaged during shipment.
We advise that the return of a product can cancel any discounts or promotions that were applied to the order, including but not limited to shipping discounts.
If you have purchased our product from a stockist, we ask that you contact the store and refer to their policies.
Gift Cards are non refundable.
