Payment

All Pure Ignite products can be purchased via our website. All payments must be finalised before products will be dispatched from our warehouse. All payment options can be viewed on the Pure Ignite website.

Secure Transactions

Pure Ignite take precautions to protect your personal identifiable information from inadvertent disclosure and intrusion of third parties. Some of these procautions involve technologies like fire walls and secure access. If you have any questions about the security of our website, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

Pure Ignite products are delivered either via courier delivery system Australia post or express post depending on your address and goods ordered.  Prices are determined via website when products are purchased. All goods once dispatched from the warehouse will need authorisation upon delivery. If you are not available to authorise the delivery a card will be left for you to collect your order at your local post office. Once payment has been made your goods will be packed and dispatched. In the event of a delay you will be notified.

Returns

Please contact Pure Igniteoffice regarding returns & wrong goods that are delivered, notification must be given to the Pure Ignite™ office within 7 days to obtain a credit. If notification is not given within 7 days no claim will be accepted. Any questions please e-mail our sales team sales@pureignite.com.au

Are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of GST. The price of goods excludes delivery.
